How many gummies should I take daily?
Take 2 gummies per day, we recommend before breakfast and with a glass of water to maximise the benefits, we call this the NeuroVibe routine. The routine sets us up for the day ahead.

We do recommend using the gummies stand alone as well so you can isolate the benefits also caffeine can worsen anxiety which is the opposite of what we want to achieve with the gummies.
